The factors affecting the surface roughness of the machined parts are as follows:

2 the axial displacement of the guide wheel, the roundness of the guide wheel is not qualified, and the center line of the guide wheel is not On one plane, the axial movement of the wire barrel will cause the plane of the workpiece to be uneven, and the electrode wire will produce a stripe every time it is reversed. 

3 The electrical erosion rate and the feed rate are not suitable. If the feed rate is too slow, the impact feed will occur; if the feed speed is too fast, a serious short-circuit waveform will occur, accompanied by streaks; 

4 external vibration or chip feeding into the processing area will cause short circuit, pause, etc., which will cause cracking. Irregular streaks are produced on the surface; the coolant is too dirty to be stable and will produce streaks; when the commutation is not turned off, the high frequency or the backlash of the storage tube will also cause convex or concave streaks.
